Healthy Ageing

Healthy ageing is a lifelong process that includes maintaining physical strength, preventing illness, managing chronic conditions, and supporting independence and quality of life. Our multidisciplinary allied health teams work with you to support health at every age through tailored care, prevention strategies and personalised treatment plans.

Healthy ageing means supporting your body and mind to remain as strong, active and independent as possible as you get older. It focuses on:

  • Preventing and managing chronic disease
  • Maintaining physical mobility and function
  • Nutritional support and lifestyle education
  • Enhancing overall wellbeing and quality of life

At Ramsay Health Plus, we provide evidence-based allied health services, such as physiotherapy, exercise physiology, dietetics and occupational therapy, tailored to your unique goals and circumstances.
