New Classes

A new timetable is now available of Ramsay Health Plus exercise classes that are being held in our new gym, at 220 McLeod Street.

We have expanded our Parkinson's Disease power classes, added Balance classes, Brain Fit classes and even added a Box Fit class.

A new yoga class is now available, tailored specifically for people with a disability/chronic muscular or neurological conditions.

We still offer our regular strength and fitness classes for reconditioning. These classes are open to anyone.

In the majority of classes there is a maximum of eight participants per class with two therapists (1:4 ratio) so we can continue a high level of supervision and provide individualised exercise prescriptions, based on goals.

Classes are $35 or $31.5 when bought in a 10 pack.

My Aged Care is often able to fund these classes.  DVA is covered and so is NDIS. If you have private health cover, you will usually get a rebate per class.

Health Fund Rebates

Our practice has the HICAPS payment system in place, allowing you to automatically claim your rebate from your private health fund following your treatment. Simply present your card to one of our receptionists who will instantly process your claim. Once this is completed you may need to pay a gap amount, depending on your level of cover. This is the difference between the treatment fee and the rebate amount from your fund. We accept a range of other payment methods including cash, MasterCard, Visa and EFTPOS.
