On discharge from hospital, your medical specialist will provide a comprehensive handover to the Ramsay Health Plus team. Our team will then work closely with you to improve your ability to move and function effectively and to achieve your health and fitness goals.
Our Physiotherapists develop holistic plans that take into account your injury, lifestyle, work and hobbies to get you back to the daily activities you enjoy as soon as possible.

Ramsay Health Plus Frankston is a NDIS Registered Provider, delivering supports to self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed NDIS participants aged 18years and over.
Our highly experienced and multidisciplinary team are co-located to ensure collaboration and co-ordination between team members, who also have access to high quality equipment and facilities.

As a registered provider, we undergo regular and rigorous audits against the NDIS Practice Standards. Doing so ensures we are delivering high quality and evidence-based services that, ultimately, ensure participants get the best possible outcomes.
Supports can be delivered onsite, in the home/community, or via Telehealth. A range of group-based supports are also available.
You do not need a referral to access our services – our team will gather information about you and the supports you seek before booking an appointment to ensure our service is the right fit for you.
Health Fund Rebates
Our practice has the HICAPS payment system in place, allowing you to automatically claim your rebate from your private health fund following your treatment. Simply present your card to one of our receptionists who will instantly process your claim. Once this is completed you may need to pay a gap amount, depending on your level of cover. This is the difference between the treatment fee and the rebate amount from your fund. We accept a range of other payment methods including cash, MasterCard, Visa and EFTPOS.
