Referrals
Ramsay Health Plus services may be suggested by your doctor to continue your health and recovery journey. However, no referral is necessary, unless you are claiming your appointment fees under one of the following:
- Workers Compensation
- Third Party (CTP) Insurance
- Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA)
- Medicare (e.g. Chronic Disease Management referral)
- NDIS
Health Fund Rebates
Our practice has the HICAPS payment system in place, allowing you to automatically claim your rebate from your private health fund following your treatment. Simply present your card to one of our receptionists who will instantly process your claim. Once this is completed you may need to pay a gap amount, depending on your level of cover. This is the difference between the treatment fee and the rebate amount from your fund. We accept a range of other payment methods including cash, MasterCard, Visa and EFTPOS.
