Our team of allied health professionals provide high quality, personalised care based on scientific evidence for a wide range of conditions. Our team will work closely with you to improve your ability to move and function effectively and to achieve your goals.
We cater for a range of conditions from routine outpatients to complex conditions with services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, hydrotherapy, exercise physiology, speech pathology and dietetics. We help optimise your health and fitness to enhance a safe return to work, sport and recreation or transition back into the community after illness or injury.
Our treatment plans take into consideration your whole self; your injury, lifestyle, work and hobbies. We incorporate preventative care and education into your treatment plan to ensure that you receive optimal management of your injury.

Referrals
Ramsay Health Plus services may be suggested by your doctor to continue your rehabilitation journey. However, no referral is necessary, unless you are claiming your appointment fees under one of the following:
- Workers Compensation
- Third Party (CTP) Insurance
- Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA)
- Medicare (e.g. Chronic Disease Management referral)
- NDIS
- Hydrotherapy or driving assessment referrals (we require a full list of current medications and medical history from your referring doctor).
NDIS
This site delivers supports to self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants aged 18 years and over.
Our highly experienced and multidisciplinary team are co-located to ensure collaboration and co-ordination between team members, who also have access to high quality equipment and facilities.
We pride ourselves on delivering high quality and evidence-based services that, ultimately, ensure participants get the best possible outcomes.
You do not need a referral to access our services – our team will gather information about you and the supports you seek before booking an appointment to ensure our service is the right fit for you.
Health Fund Rebates
Our practice has the HICAPS payment system in place, allowing you to automatically claim your rebate from your private health fund following your treatment. Simply present your card to one of our receptionists who will instantly process your claim. Once this is completed you may need to pay a gap amount, depending on your level of cover. This is the difference between the treatment fee and the rebate amount from your fund. We accept a range of other payment methods including cash, MasterCard, Visa and EFTPOS.
